I have two exchange servers, one in Denver the other in Albq. People on the Denver server can access OWA just fine but for some reason people on the ALBQ. server lost the ability to do so. What to look for and where do I loook for it?

OWA fails about every four weeks Our Exchange 2003′s OWA fails every four weeks and we need to reboot the exchange server in order for it to work again. When we look at the IIS service it is running. any clues?

I have OWA set up to beep when a new email comes in, but if I’m away from my computer I obviously won’t hear it. Is there a way to have an icon or popup notification that will appear even when my browser is minimized, and will stay until I check my email?

Users are unable to automatically open pdf in OWA. Their only option is to save to desktop or file. Is there a fix for this?

Can the exchange administrator identify which phone is connecting to OWA? For example, if a user was using Microsoft Mail for Exchange on the Nokia e71 and configure it for OWA – is there a way to track this type of connection?
