All i get is a blank page without even getting to the form based page where i put in my credentials. This happens with IE. If i use google chrome, i get to see my mails but i cant read them as they are not clickable. Does this mean i have to uninstall CAS and re install it. This is an Exchange 2007 Environment.

Hello,

We are running exchange 2007 with mix 2003 and 2007 outlook clients. The issue is not in outlook contact info but in OWA. We have phone number in the regular telphone number field and then in then extra numbers in the (other…) button section. Within details template editor the exch admin created a multivalued drop down box and in MS Outlook this displays properly.

Question is how do we get it to display this number from the multivalued drop down box in OWA? There is only one number in there and that is fine.

Thank you,

We have just added an exchange 2003 front end server and an Exchange 2003 Server backend. Everything seems to be working fine but now when users try to access their emails using Outlook Web Access. They will frequently see http/1.1 503 Service Unavailable in different parts ofte web page

Pressing F5 to refresh the page will usually resolve this but sometimes it can take up to 5 or 6 times before the pages will display properly. I assume that since the problem started when we started using the new front end, that the two items are related but I can’t seem to figure out the problem. Is it a timing issue?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
