I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007, but none of my contact list or prior e-mails have migrated over. I found what is probably the outlook.pst file, but for some reason it won’t open… as if I don’t have a program that can read it. Any ideas ?

Rules that we created in Outlook 2002 are not visible when we upgraded the user to Outlook 2003, but the rules are visible in OWA. What has to be done to get them into the desktop client? We do not want to downgrade.
