I have a small 2 person business. Outlook is integral to us, my partner uses Office 10, I have Office 07. We have each purchased an new android phone. We would like to sync Outlook with our new phones regularly. We do not use a server in our business. Can I get Exchange in a cloud environment affordably? Does anyone use this type of application? Do we both need to be on the same version of Office?

I have a contact list that does not show up in outlook and i need to edit this list. It is on the device but when selecting contact options wireless sync is shown as Not Available. I can backup this list and it’s name comes up as Contacts-All. Wondering if someone knows how to convert this or manipulate the database on the device so that it will sync to a folder in outlook. thanks Ziff

Issues with syncing and sending/rec email while working offline in outlook 2007

Users work offline in Outlook 2007 in cached mode on their laptops. When they find a hot spot they need to go back online and sync their folders with exchange 2007. Outlook 07 tries to find exchange 07 and gives a ‘Server is not available error 0x8004011D’ the message is in the outbox but doesn’t get sent. Offline isn’t syncing when we go online using a verizon wireless usb. What’s the issue? Could it be verizon, exchange 07, Outlook07? Please Help!!! Thank you

Hi All,

Im after a user friendly program that will be able to migrate Outlook data from one computer to another. I know you can just copy the pst file and set it up that way but Im after an automated program that can do it with no issues, like carry it easy but without the price tag.

Any suggestions?

Have a user who is constantly getting Synchronization Log messages from Outlook 2007. His email works fine. Here is a sample of the log:
