				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Users work offline  in Outlook 2007 in cached mode on their laptops.  When they find a hot spot they need to go back online and sync their folders with exchange 2007.  Outlook 07 tries to find exchange 07 and gives a &#8216;Server is not available error 0x8004011D&#8217; the message is in the outbox but doesn&#8217;t get sent.  Offline isn&#8217;t syncing when we go online using a verizon wireless usb.  What&#8217;s the issue? Could it be verizon, exchange 07, Outlook07?  Please Help!!!  Thank you</p>
