After deleting emails and data from Outlook 2007 my data file is not shrinking. What else needs to be done and is this something that can be automated across the domain?
How do I save old emails onto my computer from Exchange 2003 when they are kept on the server? I do not want to have too many on the server taking space. We are using Outlook 2003 on the desktops and notebooks. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks
