How do you configure/correct Outlook 2003 navigation shortcuts??
My Outlook 2003 correctly shifts among Ctrl-1/Email; Ctrl-3/Contacts; Ctrl-4/Tasks; etc… However, Ctrl-2 shifts to the Calendar navigation bar, BUT continues to display the last-viewed pane. E.g.: If I use Ctrl-2 to switch to Calendar from Email, all that switches is the Navigation bar (on the left). The view pane remains the same… It’s a quirk [...]

Create a shortcut to a Public Folder in Outlook 2007
I have created a public contact folder for the whole organization. However; the boss does not want to travel all the way down to the public folders to find theĀ Business Contact folder. How can I create a shortcut on the toolbar to open this folder. Any hints or help are greatly appreciated. Roccol
