Sharing Outlook 2007 categories
We are trying to set up a shared calendar for 20 people, but we want them to use a specific color coded categorizing system. I set the categories in my calendar and used them to set up the shared calendar, but when others access it they see none of the categories that I've assigned to the items.

Request Respone/ Public Calendar
I would like to uncheck the "Request Response" option for a Calendar event I have have created in a Public Calendar but that option isni't available when I chose New Appointment, Invite Attendees, Action. The option is there to uncheck in my "Personal" Outlook Calendar.

Outlook calendar invite send from a different user
When in Outlook, if I have my Boss's calendar open and schedule a meeting on my calendar, it places the meeting on hers and sends an invite form her as if she set it up herself. To avoid this, I have to close her calendar so that I can send an invite from me. Any thoughts on why this happens?
