I am an administrator and recently when attempting to follow a link in an e-mail it is now blocked due to computer settings. I have not changed any settings and assume it to be a upgrade change. I am unable to find the setting that is blocking it and wonder if you can assist.

I just started using Outlook 2010. For some reason, I am getting duplicate entries in my sent folder for each e-mail that I send. How do I correct this?

My boss and i currently use Outlook 2007. I need to be able to have an exact, real time copy of his entire outlook on my computer. I can already see his calendar and inbox and update accordingly…but I can’t see his other folders and i can’t change his settings like he wants me to do…unless, I get on his computer.

Question #1: How can I get a little pop up to appear every time someone puts a message from the inbox to the deleted folder? Is this possible? I’m willing to use add-on software if need be.

Question #2: How can I get all incoming messages to have a signature stamped on it? I want the incoming message from any sender to say “Do not delete/move message until receiving reply”. It will serve as a reminder for our dispatchers. I know I could redirect all my mail to xyz account (if it comes from abcd sender) and then redirect that mail from xyz account back to my Inbox via exception. Understandably, I don’t want to do that.
