I’ve been at this all day and continue to get the following error message, can you help? ‘Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR [SYS/PERM] pop not allowed for user.’

My Outlook 2003 clients on Exchange 2003 can send but not receive emails
i have exchange server 2003 with clients using outlook 2k3… i can send emails to all domains including gmail, yahoo, and hotmail etc.. and also to other MS Server 2k3 domains…however i cant recieve any email from the public domains or the private MS 2k3 domains any ideas?

OWA 2007 Can reply but not send originals
Exchange 2007 OWA client can successfully reply to messages, however when this person attempts to create a message it willnot send. error: 0×80004005. This occurs on any workstation the customer uses.

My outlook has stopped me sending e-mails, they return not from administrator with message 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA. When I looked at my e-mail accounts and try to send a test message I’m told to verify my e-mail address. Help!!!
