Suspet Read Receipts

Lately I've been getting the Suspect Read Receipt message everytime I send a read receipt w/ an email. When the person clicks the read reciept..the message comes back to me Read Suspect Read. What does this mean and how can I get it to go away?

Track Option greyed out in outlook

Hello All, In outlook under "Track Options" Read Receipt and Delivery Receipt optiions are greyed out. Could you please let me know how to enable this. MAA
