At times I schedule meetings out of my boss’ calendar on her behalf. She is then unable to modify a meeting I set up out of her calendar. This makes no sense to me. Is there a way around it?

I have a user that is locally connected to the domain, Every 5 minutes or so outlook promopts her to enter her password. She does and checks remember password to no avail, it comes back a few minutes later, she remains online and gets her emails just this annoying authentication box keeps popping up.
