meeting request on Blackberry calendar not showing up if delegtei accepts that

We are experiencing Meeting request issue on the blackberry device. We use BES 4.0 and Outlook 2003. User's calendar is manage by her assistant and when assistant accepts the meeting request on user's behalf it doesnt reflect on User's blackberry. Any one has clue on this?

how do you resend a calendar invitation in outlook to an attendee already listed without resending it to all the other attendees
