In Outlook 2003 how do I set up meeting requests to move to recipients’ calendars when they respond affirmatively.
When you accept a meeting invitation and enter comments for the organizer, the organizer does not know that there are comments within the acceptance email. I open each one. Is there another way that I’m missing?

hi , We have a problem, When someone accepts a meeting request from their BB, the organizer receives a message stating that it was accepted by BESAdmin on behalf of <user>. We have BES 4.1.5 with Exchange 2007. Please help
