Unable to Access outlook when not connected to VPN
User is unable to access outlook when not connected to VPN or to LAN. The Logon credentials continuously pops out. We are using exchange 2010 with outlook 2007

Whenever some of my users tried to check their mailbox through MS-Outlook it asks for their username and Password, even when supplied it still ask at the end the mailbox will be opened but referenced “Need Password” Can anybody help me with the possible solution?
