Outlook Folder Synchronization Questions

Created date changes when moving to another folder in Outlook 2007
In Outlook 2007, when moving a past e-mail from the inbox to another folder, the created date in the viewing pane changes from the date it was originally received to today’s date. How can I maintain that original created date in view regardless of when it is moved?

Outlook folders synchronization
I have synchronized my email folders with a colleague as i am new. Is there any way i can copy the folders and paste them into my email folders to save me some time?

Outlook Sync to Exchange Server
I would like to restrict/block some of my inbox/subfolders from being sync’ed with exchange. Any thoughts, seems like is all or none.

MS Outlook is synchronizing folders
