Outlook Express default setting changes to MS Office Outlook
Every time MS downloads updates, my default setting in Tools/Internet Options/Programs gets set to MS Office Outlook. I have found other places to check off Outlook Express as my choice but it still gets changed back to MS Office Outlook after downloads.

corrupted outbox
tried to send photographs using Outlook Express, but too big, result is windows stopped working. I deleted the outbox, but windows does not allow me to logon. I type the password at logon, but does not logon.
