Error in Sending mail
I get this message quite often. You must check for mail before sending. It is then returned as undeliverable. Why??

recipient list too large. Emailing to a group of 100 people. Error msg says list too large. I upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook and reentered the email addresses for my group email and resent. Outlook 2010 contacting the server
I am not running Exchange Server but using pop3. Today outlook has started putting up a message saying “Contacting the server for information”. Any ideas how to fix this. I am running XP. Thanks

A shared mailbox for a team of people, we’re having trouble with user permissions. Some can send mail from the shared folder, other’s cannot. One person is managing user permissions. What is proper setting for all users to have full control of the mailbox?

I am running Outlook 2007 under Windows 7. On starting outlook I get the error message telling me Extend.dat is missing. having looked at all the other responses to this problem I searched for the file in order to rename it – it does not exist! How can I get outlook to make the file?
