The person I am trying to help has outlook 2007 and after he reconfigured his email with outlook now he doesn’t have a “deleted items folder” the deleted emails will get marked through and then eventually just disappear…Any ideas?

what happens to items deleted from public folders–they don’t end up in the deleted folder of the user who has permission to delete them so where do they go?
