All Contact Address Lists Do Not Appear

When I open a new mail message form, sometimes the email address of someone I put in the “To” line doesn’t automatically appear. When that happens, I click on “To” and a Global Address List pop-up opens. Unfortunately not all of the contact lists I have in My Contacts are listed n the Global Address List pull-down. Here is the difference: Under “My Contacts”: –Contacts –Child Trends –LinkedIn –Bonnie’s Contacts

In the Global Address List Pull-down: Outlook Address List –Bonnie Contacts (want to delete this list) –Bonnie’s Contacts Global Address List All Address Lists –All Contacts –All Groups –All Rooms –All Users –Public Folders

How do I get all my folders in My Contacts to show on the pull-down so that when i type a name into “To,” Outlook will look in ALL my contact lists to find the person’s email address??

I currently share an outlook 2007 contacts list with someone at work, they are leaving soon and once their account is disabled am i still able to see their contacts or can i move them easily to my contacts without exporting to exel and then importing them back into outlook?

My colleague sent me an email attachment which is a list of contact that probably came from an Outlook list…when I try to open the document I get the following error: “This contact group has been edited wiht a newer version of Outlook and contains too many members to display.”

Contacts / Contacts in Personal Folder creating mail merge in Outlook 2007

Both these options appear in the ‘My Contacts’ menu but there is nothing under ‘Contacts in Personal Folders’ when selected – all my contact info being under ‘Contacts’ However it seems that Word 2007 wants to create a Mail Merge using ‘Contacts in Personal Folder’ and doesn’t recognise the info under ‘Contacts’. Can anyone please explain what is happening and how to rectify this to a novice?

Exporting Contacts in Outlook 2007 in an Excel Spreadsheet

I just tried to export my contacts into an excel spreadsheet. I followed the instructions but when it imported, all it imported was the title line, you know first last title company email website phone fax cell address city state zip. However NONE of that information imported over. None. What do I do now?
