For example, when I have Outlook up and then open a specific email, the email it sits in front of the main Outlook panel okay, but when I move it, it disappears at the boundary of the underlying Outlook panel.  It probably has to do with a Windows setting for how panels behave with others; e.g, in front, behind, etc.  Does any of that make any sense?</p>
