Conference Room Calendar in Outlook 2003

Would like to know the procedure for creating a conference
room public folder calendar. I have already created a user by the name
of conference -break room in active directory and once I
log in as conference room on a computer I have tried to set up the
public calendar but the steps I was given do not seem to create it?

Room schedules not showing appointment titles.

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Microsoft Outlook.

I print out a daily schedule for the rooms in my office’s building. For some reason, the calendar shows the title of the person who scheduled the appointment, but not the title of the appointment itself. I’m not sure why this is- any help or suggestions would be great.
