Sync 2 personal Outlook calendars to my iPhone

In addition to my Outlook default calendar, I have another calendar in personal folders (both under “My Calendars”). Using Exchange, the default calendar syncs properly to my IPhone but the secondary calendar does not. Please advise how to sync both Outlook calendars to the IPhone. Thank you.

Hi Guys

I just want to know if it`s possible to share an Outlook calendar without an Exchange server? I`m having a challenge with one of my client where by the PA and MD has to share calendars but their network doesn`t have any exchange server but their mails are hosted by an ISP. Should I call the ISP to do that for me or is there another way of doing it without a mail server like Exchange?

Outlook 2003 shared calendar appointment reminder

In our business, we have shared calendars that users from all over the country can use to book training rooms. The problem is that people book the training rooms in advance and when they do not need the facility, they forget to cancel the booking prior to the event which then does not “release” the resource (we do not physically have a body managing the rooms). I want to be able to set up an automated reminder which sends an email to the person that booked the resource and requests that they confirm the booking one week in advance… Some users are on Office 2003 whilst others are on Office 2007. Tracking missing Outlook Calendar Items

I’ve run into the following scenario a few times:

Some of our executives are upset because an outlook calendar event that they had seen before has gone missing. Nobody who manages the calendar had any idea what happened to it (I suspect user error). It is not in user or delegate’s deleted items.

Is there a way to log what user adds/removes events to a calendar? Either from exchange or from each instance of Outlook?

We’re running Exhange 2007 and users still connect through outlook 2003, BES, and iPhones.

Integrating MS Outlook With iSeries

I have been asked to display a calendar such as what Outlook has showing dates of events that are stored in the AS400. Just to complicate things, the users would also like to reschedule appointments so we need to update the AS400! (I may be able to talk them out of this)

Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be done?
