I just want to know if it`s possible to share an Outlook calendar without an Exchange server? I`m having a challenge with one of my client where by the PA and MD has to share calendars but their network doesn`t have any exchange server but their mails are hosted by an ISP. Should I call the ISP to do that for me or is there another way of doing it without a mail server like Exchange?

I want to be able to set up an automated reminder which sends an email to the person that booked the resource and requests that they confirm the booking one week in advance… Some users are on Office 2003 whilst others are on Office 2007.

I’ve run into the following scenario a few times:

Some of our executives are upset because an outlook calendar event that they had seen before has gone missing. Nobody who manages the calendar had any idea what happened to it (I suspect user error). It is not in user or delegate’s deleted items.

Is there a way to log what user adds/removes events to a calendar? Either from exchange or from each instance of Outlook?

We’re running Exhange 2007 and users still connect through outlook 2003, BES, and iPhones.
Thanks!
