Outlook 2007 Multi-Calendar Categorizing
In Outlook Calendars 2007, I have created numerous calendars for a variety of purposes. But I seem to be stuck with the same color/meaning Categorization list no matter which calendar I am adding an event to. Does anyone know how to set up DIFFERENT color code Categorizations on different calendars? Thanks.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Sharing Calandar
I’m trying to figure out why one of our staff can access one of her bosses calendars but the other calendar won’t display. She had access to both calendars but for some unknown reason, one of the boss’s calendars won’t let her view it anymore.

Can I link items between Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access, through the Calender view?
Can links be set in Outlook Calender ’07 to docs in Word, Excel, Access? I want to be able to go to a set date and access from that view all items pertinent without having to go looking for each item separately. Is possible?

How many others folders can I have access to view? Is there a limit to how many I can have in the drop down menu? Can that maximum be increased. I need to view 11 others folders every day.
