There is an outlook invite that I need to send out for 2pm UK time that I need to show on some peoples calendar who are in Abu Dhabi as 5pm Abu Dhabi time over there. Not sure how to do this.....I’ve already created a seond time zone for Abu Dhabi, but this has not done anything.... confused.
When setting appointments in Outlook through Siebel and after the sync, appointment times move to GMT. This does not happen in every calendar every time. In fact in can happen in one calender for one appointment and not in another in the same calendar. Thouts, Ideas, Help?
Is there a way to show Saturday and Sunday as separate blocks on the Month View of the Calendar in Outlook, like the rest of the days of the week. Instead of having Saturday and Sunday on top of each other, I would like them next to each other side by side, like Monday and Tuesday.
I have a User that has created a calendar in OWA and now wants to delete it. I am at a loss as to how to delete this calendar.
I organized a meeting and sent the invite. I opened it to modify, and I deleted it accidentally. The meeting is still on everyone's calendar, and I have no control to reschedule or cancel meetings. Does anyone know how to recover the original or how I could at least remove this invite?
We are running Outlook 2003 SP 2 standard edition. The issue is that we have a hand full of users that are unable to view invited attendees of an appointment in the Calendar. It does not make a difference if they created the appointment of if someone else created it. Rather than the names...
I am currently signed up as a delegate for three other people. I can see their calendar and make changes for them. What I want to know though is if they are invited to attend a mtg. will they receive the invitation? It appears that I am getting the invitation to which to respond.
