Outlook Calendar Invites to attendees in different time zones.
There is an outlook invite that I need to send out for 2pm UK time that I need to show on some peoples calendar who are in Abu Dhabi as 5pm Abu Dhabi time over there. Not sure how to do this.....I’ve already created a seond time zone for Abu Dhabi, but this has not done anything.... confused.

Appointments set in Siebel move in Outlook after sync
When setting appointments in Outlook through Siebel and after the sync, appointment times move to GMT. This does not happen in every calendar every time. In fact in can happen in one calender for one appointment and not in another in the same calendar. Thouts, Ideas, Help?

Outlook Calendar Saturday and Sunday
Is there a way to show Saturday and Sunday as separate blocks on the Month View of the Calendar in Outlook, like the rest of the days of the week. Instead of having Saturday and Sunday on top of each other, I would like them next to each other side by side, like Monday and Tuesday.

How do i recover an Outlook calendar invitation that I deleted and I was the organizer?
I organized a meeting and sent the invite. I opened it to modify, and I deleted it accidentally. The meeting is still on everyone's calendar, and I have no control to reschedule or cancel meetings. Does anyone know how to recover the original or how I could at least remove this invite?

Unable to view invitees in Outlook appointments

Delegate Status for Calendar Mgmt.
I am currently signed up as a delegate for three other people. I can see their calendar and make changes for them. What I want to know though is if they are invited to attend a mtg. will they receive the invitation? It appears that I am getting the invitation to which to respond.

I am trying to figure out how to show the day of the year (ex. 211/365)in the monthly, weekly and daily views of the calendar in Outlook 2007. Where do I go to add this to my calendar to know what day of the year it is?

I have a user who has been given Reviewer access to everyones calender using Ms Outlook 2007. She can only view some of the calenders but when she accesses some of them she cannot viiew entries. We are using Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 serrver. Please assist

I work with Outlook 2007 pop3 and Windows Vista Home Premium. Whenever I receive an invitation for a meeting my outlook crashes + I cannot delete these mails from my computer.

scheduling in outlook 2003
I can view participants schedule (busy/out of office) to help in scheduling future mtgs but if I go several weeks in future, all show NO INFORMATION. Is this normal outlook procedure or can it be corrected? I need to schedule appt sometimes months in advance...

Many co-workers are having issues with Outlook crashing when opening a calendar event with one specific user in the attendee list. Ran the free and busy repair on everyones calendar including the server for this particular user. Nothing has worked. Help.
