Outlook offline address book only shows user in ‘All Users’ list, not GAL

Hi, we are running Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007. I made a change to the primary SMTP address and display name of one of my users. After the update populated, we can no longer find this user in the Global Address List, only in the All Users list. However, if you run Outlook online, not cached, the user shows in the Global Address list. On a machine running in cached mode, I renamed all the .oab files, and the user then shows in the Global Address List. However, on a client running online, not cached, where the user does already show in the GAL, when i switch to cached mode, he no longer shows in the GAL, only the All users list. I then tried to download the offline address book, and uncheck the ‘download changes since last send/receive’ option, which didn’t make any difference. I’m fairly new to Exchange, so don’t know where to go from here. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Pam

I have one station in organization that use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 on client.Outlook work in cash mode.All the time i receive masseges in sync isues folder with log of syncronisation of offline file. How to stop this?
