Outlook 2010 – Resource Calendar Access
I have a few users that have been upgraded to Outlook 2010 which now they can no longer schedule within a resource conference room calendars. They had no problem when using Outlook 2007. We are currently on Exchange 2003, SP2

Hi there is one user in our net work using outlook 2007 XP machine, setup with 03 exchange server. Time to time it sends duplicate emails. when it is occured, the message sit in outbox and keep sending it to receipent. pls help to stop this activity.

Create a shortcut to a Public Folder in Outlook 2007
I have created a public contact folder for the whole organization. However; the boss does not want to travel all the way down to the public folders to find the Business Contact folder. How can I create a shortcut on the toolbar to open this folder. Any hints or help are greatly appreciated. Roccol

Receiving Mail Delivery System notifications everytime I send an email from Outlook 2007?
Everytime i send an email from my outlook i recieve an email from Mailer-Daemon telling me that the email has been delivered. It is becoming annoying as i have to delete these emails all day. How do i stop this????

No user information on Outlook 2007
This displays for a newly created user in Outlook 2007 connecting to Exchange 2007. Only this one user has the problem. Cannot see any user info when trying to schedule a meeting. Have seen a few issues like this but not pertaining to one user.
