Outlook 2007: Allowing another Owner to share a calendar
I am trying to find a way for another user to be able to “share” a calendar with other users. We’re using Outlook 2007. I tried changing the permissions to Owner but still no luck.

Exchange/Outlook public folders
An hour ago I discovered an article, which said something unbelievable: In Outlook Exchange 2007 and 2010 you CAN’T index or search public folders. I did some research but I’ve found no proof that this is a wrong information. Do you really have to use third-party-stuff now, when you want to search public folders????

Exchange 2007 and Out of Office Assistant
Since upgrading from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 some of my users cannot use the Out of Office feature in Outlook 2003/2007. The workaround thus far has been to use Outlook Web Access to turn on the Out of Office feature. Anyone have a fix?

How do you propogate Delegate Access to All Sub-folders in Outlook

Outlook 2007 Not able to send updates
Auser is a the organizer of the recurring meeting, which is sent through both domains to users on each side. Two of those users have her set as delagtes. She creates the recurring meeting but loses the ability to send updates. This does not occur if she creates the meeting as a single occurrence.

When I create appointment from outlook 2nd calendar I get the following message, “Response to this meeting request will not be tallied because this meeting is not in your main Calenda foldar. Is this OK?” Can I disable this message while creating appointments from 2nd calendar? Please reply back.

Outlook 2007 “In Folder” Column shows Incorrect Location.
We have a user who, when he moves an item from his Sent Items to another folder, the “In Folder” column shows the item to be still located in the “Sent Items” folder instead of its new location. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
