I use outlook2007 and get a typist to reply to my email. I need to check her typing before I send the email. How do I hold the mail until I can check it.(It can be up to 24hours)

I have 10 networked computers and one of them has the following issue: the time on the computer is correct, the time on the emails I issue as I issue them is correct, but on the receiving end of the email, the time is one hour earlier than the actual time issued/sent and is also 1 hr earlier...
