I have a user that wants her outlook 2007 calendar on her iphone. From what I understand the mailbox can be synced but to sync the calendar itunes would have to be installed on the exchange server (not doing that!). The users have roaming profiles, and access to web version of outlook.

Sync two outlook calendars
I’m trying to take a public calendar (in Outlook 07) that my boss and I use and have it sync directly with my personal calendar. In other words, I want everything (changes, appointments, etc) from this public folder to also be entered into my personal calendar. Can it be done? If so, how?

There is a Permissions state that syas “Read”. If the user has READ, the connector will not work. How do I get the permission set to “Read/Write?”
