Outlook Sync
I want to create an alert that depends group mails(cc,bcc) being answered by multiple group members.(For exp, I answered the mail and other group member(s) didn’t informed what has been done so he/she interfere the process excessively, I want to inform him/her syncly, I dont want to this )

Sharing a calendar from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2003
I am trying to share a calendar that is in 2007 Outlook to someone who has 2003 Outlook.  For some reason, he cannot open the file, I am sure I am missing a step somewhere, but can anyone help me? Thank you

How can I import my Outlook 2003 email archives into Exchange 2010. I have several archive files and want to use the search capabilities of Exchange 2010. It would be nice to have all my archvies in one place.

outlook mail routing – smarthost problem

Outlook 2003 Sent Messages are disappearing
Outlook 2003 has started to malfunction for mysterious reasons.  The “Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder” is checked, but sent items are stored in the Sent Message folder only momentarily before disappearing forever.  I’ve tried reinstalling Outlook but it doesn’t fix the problem.  Any other ideas?
