I have the ms office 2000 but i just upgrade it to in ms office 2003> now i want to create a signature in it but when go to the advanced edit option then insead of open the ms word the notepad is open.

Unable to delete meetings on blackberry previously deleted on desktop

I am using MS Outlook on an exchange server. I have recurring meetings that I have deleted on the desktop but are not getting deleted on the blackberry. The message the blackberry gives is "Appointment deleted externally. Changes will be lost and the viewer closed."

How to change the signatures Advanced Editor to word

I was changing the signatures to our users and one of the user's Advanced Editor went to Notepad instead of Word. Does anyone know how to change this back to Word? We run Outlook 2003 and Office 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP2.

DL member doesn't recieve mail Exchange 2003

I have a user who is a memeber of a company-wide DL (i.e. all users in the company are a member of this DL) in Exchange 2003. For some reason unknown to me, only this one user doesn't recieve any mails send to the DL in question. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause.
