At our small high school we use the (free) GMail school accounts for all students and faculty. Most of our users like to use Outlook. With Office 2003, we could maintain a master address book (PAB), which I could then distribute to everybody's Mail folder across our (Windows 2003 server) network....

Outlook 2003 GAL issue
I have one user who cannot seem to see the Global Address List on the Exchange server. It is a new system with a fresh Office 2003 Pro install. Any ideas? I have checked all of the Outlook/Exchange settings and everything is normal; all other users can access the list just fine. Thanks!

Outlook 2003: Export PST Emails To Excel
When I use the "File > Import & Export" command from Outlook 2003, I have mixed results. I keep my emails in sub-folders off one of several PST files that I use regularly, in the "All Mail Folders" side-panel. I broke up the larger folders into smaller ones in case there was a size limitation....

Unable to view email body in Outlook 2003
We have a user that is unable to view the body of an email in the reading pane or when they open the email. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office 2003. They have Win XP Pro SP3 and MS Office 03. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
