outlook mail routing – smarthost problem

I am having trouble getting mail from an organization that used a smarthost for our group. I switched from exchange to web based and all other mail seems to be going through our hosts servers/dns but this org. keeps hitting the old exchange server. There IT said they removed the smarthost but problem still exists (btw- MY boss is on my a$$ because of this of course and they seems clueless to solve). Is it possible that their contacts (us) are cached?? will deleting all contacts pointing to us and re-entering them solve this??

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I recently lost all my contacts and related folders after a Normal.dot window appeared.

I want to replace the dictionaries on all of our windows xp sp3 with outlook 2003 and office 2003. I want to include the company name as well as last names of employees and push it out. How can I do this as easy as possible?

Outlook 2003 Contact Reminders Not Displaying

Outlook 2003 with MS Business Contact Manager, which contains a SQL DB added. The Reminders that have been associated to individual Contacts using a Flag with a specific date and time have stopped displaying.

Reminders to “Play Sound” and “Display” are selected in the Outlook “Tools/Options/Other/Advanced Options/Display Reminders”

I have run the Command Line/Switches “Cleanproflie”, “Cleanreminders”, “Cleansniff”, and “Reset Folders” with negative results.

I am aware that MS BCM stupidly does not support reminders in its Business Contacts folder so I copied them into the normal Outlook Contact folders and added the reminders but again no reminder displays.

Any suggestions?

I have 2003 version – when I go to Word to print “envelopes or labels” – I get the above message I used to be able to drop the address book arrow and get any of my addresses from Contact list – I have never used exchange – and this used to work – I think one of MS updates could of changes this- anyone know how to help me?

Outlook 2003 importing Contacts

I imported contacts from my laptop to my desktop, that all went fine. When I went to create a distribution list, my imported contacts were not listed. What do I need to do?
