Deleting mail rules in Outlook 2002 SP3

Hello, I've started getting duplicate emails coming through outlook. This seems to be because 2 new email rules have been created out of the blue! I've tried removing these by selecting the inbox and going to: tools: rules wizard (no other mail rules options on the menu) and try to delete one...
