This mailbox then has seperate folders for each month where we file the emails once we complete the request. The issue we are having is that it...

  • .OST file and HTML email

I know what a. OST file is, however I am being asked to make and "HTML email in .OST format" and that I don't know. Is there a special way of writting the code in that case? How would this be different from an HTML email that's made specifically for Outlook users?

  • html email in .OST format?

I've been asked to create an html email in .OST format... What is that supposed to mean "html email in .ost format"? How does one program such a file? I am currently creating HTML emails that are red by corporations that use mostly Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 so all IE based no Gecko browser.
