One OU should have stricter password password policies than the others
We want one OU on a 2003 AD domain to have a strict password policy that will lock out a user for 10 minutes on the third bad password. I would also like to alert the administrator on duty. How can we do this?

Hide disabled user accounts in AD folder permissions
