Oracle bi-directionals streams propagates source to target but not target to source
Creating Oracle bi-directional streams.  The data will propagate from source to target.  The instatiation was created on the target using datapump.  The target to source does not propagate.  See a trace file that contains the error: instantiate scn is invalid commit scn is valid.
