Unable to establish connection to Oracle database 10g XE
Hi All, I have successfully Installed Oracle 10 g XE. When I Click ‘Go to Database Homepage’ to access the database the webpage shows an Error message “unable to establish a connection.”  What could be the possible reasons for this error? and How can I fix it?
