Oracle 8i - SP2-0642 Internal Error

I have installed Oracle 8i in Windows 2000 Server, but after connecting through as system/manager, I am getting SP2-0642 Internal Error. It is continuously running. Can you help me? Thank you. Moderator Note: This is a submitted question
