Hey there, stupid question but I am having a complete brain fart. One of my Win7 users wants to create a keyboard shortcut to automatically insert the date and time within Office 2007 programs. I know there is a easier way to do this than creating a vb script, can anyone refress me on the process?

I have a user that is moving computers. She was using Office 2010, and she will be using 2007. How do I get the auto-complete information from 2010 into a NK2 file, so office 2007 can recognize it?

Cannot delete email account in Office 2007

I have got connection error when creating an email account, but then found the account shown in the list on left hand side. However, when I want to delete the email account, error msg prompt and cannot be deleted. There found no such email account in Tools -> Account Settings -> Email, but I can find it in Tools -> Account Settings -> Data Files. Such record in Data Files also cannot be deleted. May I know what can I do to delete the account? Thanks!

Is it possible to use an excell file and upload in the cloud and a collegue to update that file in a different location. Also how big can the file be.And how much would licence cost to use microsoft office 2007 in the cloud?

Slow Copy and Pasting between Office 2007 Applications

Hello, I’ve come across a group of terminal servers (W2k3 std) which have Office 2007 installed on them. For all users when you copy some text from word for example and try and paste it to excel the actual pasting process can take anything up to about 30 seconds to complete during this the office application will seem unresponsive.

I cannot find any other problems with the installation other than the amount of time it takes to paste data between applications so I am wondering if a reg tweak or something may help solve this issue. Any help will be grately appriciated.

Outlook Login error – boot to safe mode and try to recover

We are a large organization (25000 +) employees. 1 user is working fine for months, then tries to log in 1 day and gets an error = can not open Outlook / boot to safe mode and try to recover. I created a new user profile and she worked ok for rest of the day. Next morning – same “boot to safe mode” error. I have reimaged the laptop, but am wondering if you have an explanation of why this occurred.

I have a small 2 person business. Outlook is integral to us, my partner uses Office 10, I have Office 07. We have each purchased an new android phone. We would like to sync Outlook with our new phones regularly. We do not use a server in our business. Can I get Exchange in a cloud environment affordably? Does anyone use this type of application? Do we both need to be on the same version of Office?
