Trying to create printer devices for Color Imagistics IM3520 and IM4520 (not wanting Remotes)

I need to create these 2 devices so that copies and page ranges can be used. I have tried all sorts of things in get these working, but they are apparently set up very differently from their black and white cousins. I contacted Oce/Imagistics and they were of little/no help so I am hoping that...
