Nsf on the domino server to be moved to other drive

I have given limited disc quota to the users in my premises, now the problem is that one of the user`s mail size got increases everyday. I wanted to transfer his NSF on the different drive on the same server. so is it possible to do the same.......Kindly let me know the same if any idea.
