• How to convert a .NSF Lotus Notes file to a text file

Would anybody know how to covert a .NSF Lotus Notes file to a text file? I'm trying to write a Java program that can read the .NSF file (which is on my system) but it keeps showing non-English characters. What should I do?

Has anyone ever used a tool to decrpyt a NSF file? I have the user.id file, but the user does not remember the password. Found many tools that can convert a NSF to a PST, but none that can decrypt or convert a encrypted one.
