Does anyone know how I set up a linear hunt group for Nortel CS1000? I need to have 3 extensions in the hunt, number one will ring and if not answered it would roll to 2nd phone and the 3rd number will ring at the same time on 9 phones. I know I need MCR on the 9 phones, I have never set up a hunt...

We own a Nortel CS1000 Option 61 and I will like to dial to a cell phone just by dialing a number and then the extension number. For example Jones ext is 2444 to dial his cell just dial 82444.

Is there any way to make a 2500 phone ring back to itself for testing purposes? At the present time we need two people to do this testing. I was told that there was a code you could dial and then hang up and the phone would ring back to itself. Any ideas? Nortel CS1000 5.5 system
