Interoperability of Nexus 5020

I am testing different architectures with a Nexus 5020 which has a module of FC ports. Anyone could tell me if the Nexus 5020 has interoperability with the FC Brocade switches as the DS 5000B or the 7500? Software/Hardware used: Nexus 5020, Brocade 7500, Brocade 5000B

nexus 5020 keepalives

I do not have the option to do a 'no keepalives' on an interface like i have on other switches. did the 5020 do away with this option.
