Problems with connecting 2 sites with same IP range via VPN
We are about to connect 2 sites together using IPSec VPN and both of the sites have exactly the same Private 10.0.0.0 255.255.248.0 addressing scheme but neither can change on account of server setup. VPN in Windows XP Professional
Having trouble setting up a VPN in Windows XP.  Should be straightforward but…  When I set up the VPN in connection Wizard I only get a Dial Up connection even though I am on a business network.  I want a network connection. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

D-link des3526 switch configuration, can only ping one of two servers.
Port assigned for vlan1 is 1 to 25, port assigned for vlan2 is 26. I could ping gateway or browse  internet from vlan1. But from vlan2 I can not ping or browse.
