How can we connect to a remote laptop running Vista Pro in the field to run an AV scan and a Malwarebytes scan? Can we initiate this over the net without any preinstalled software?

How can we make a site respond to www. and just http?
We have a website running on IIS on a Windows 2003 web server. The site currently only works if you type in www.websitename.com how can we also make websitename.com direct to the website? Our DNS is hosted by our ISP but we have a control panel to make changes.

Netgear router says connected, but there is interference
My neatgear router says “Connected to wireless network” On my desktop, but, It won’t let me get on google chrome. It just says “Webpage not available” and I can’t install the drivers because, when I try to it says “Network adapter not connected please connect.” Something like that. Anyone know how to fix this?
