File Transfers using Vista

The file transfer screen looks totally different in Vista. How do you specify a library if it’s not in your library list or check convert to ccsid? I changed file properties before but the Vistas screen does not give you that option. Is there an IBM manual with screen shots?

Two difference voice mails on one Cisco IP phone

Set up two lines with separate voice mail in one ip-phone in Cisco unity 2.0 1st extention voice mail works. 2nd extension voice mail does not play messages. What am I doing wrong?
