Hi guys, I have two Cisco 2811 routers. Each of them has 2 Fast Ethernet and 4 7960 ip phone. i need to set it up for lab purposes. how do i configure this?

I am using Cisco switch 2950 connected with a D-Link media converter. When power is reset, that switch is up but the port connected with the media converter is down. After I reset power of the media converter, the link comes up. What’s going on here, and how can I fix this?
