IIS ASP.Net reporting tool across multiple domains

We have multiple domains in our forest with multiple websites being hosted in each under IIS. We need to report on the versions of of ASP.Net for each website for auditing. Is there a tool that can help (easily) with this? We are running multiple versions of Windows server also.

My Organisation is looking for some software or a way to monitor our open wireless network. We have a few access points spread around the building and we woud like a method of tracking and keeping a record of IP addresses leased and associated Mac addresses for at least 10 days.

We have a data center with 25 racks and cabinents. They are all owned by individuals or other companies. It is not our equipment but the racks and the network is. Long story short how can we monitor server and network health monitoring for our clients?
